Operable and fixed aluminium louvres for natural airflow, solar control, privacy, plant screening and architectural depth across residential and commercial façades.

Aluminium louvre window system providing natural ventilation to a contemporary building
SAC // Natural Ventilation & Screening
System Overview

Airflow, screening and façade articulation

Louvre systems use angled blades to admit or exhaust air while helping manage views, rain and direct sunlight. They may operate as glazed louvre windows, fixed ventilation screens, privacy blades or larger architectural battens across a façade.

SAC Facades works with AWS LouvreMASTER™ and suitable Alspec Air-Flo®, Ventus, Dualair®, Paraflow® and Solaire™ families. Product selection depends on whether the priority is ventilation, weather resistance, fall prevention, acoustic separation, solar shading or visual screening.

Free-area requirements, blade retention, insect screening, drainage, maintenance access and the pressure difference across the opening are reviewed as part of the specification—not after the opening has been built.

Applications

Where this system works best

01

Natural ventilation

Bathrooms, laundries, living areas and shared spaces that benefit from controllable high-level airflow.

02

Plant & services screening

Weathered screens for plant rooms, car parks and service zones requiring a documented free area.

03

Architectural façades

Fixed blades and battens that add shade, privacy, rhythm and depth to residential or commercial elevations.
